Currently, I am the Social Media Manager for three restaurant concepts on Scenic Highway 30A, Red Fish Taco, Stinky’s Bait Shack and Stinky’s Fish Camp. Each brand has its own voice, aesthetic, and audience, and I craft tailored content strategies that reflect their unique vibe while still feeling cohesive under one restaurant group umbrella.
From beachy playful vibes for Red Fish Taco, the cajun live-music energy of Stinky’s Bait Shack, and the elevated coastal charm of Stinky’s Fish Camp, I create the worlds of all of these on social!
I lead everything from iPhone captures to styled, high-quality DSLR photo and video shoots for menu and website use. These shoots are designed not just to capture food, but to tell the story of the experience, whether it’s live music, happy hour energy, or fresh-from-the-Gulf seafood.
Beyond visuals, I create and execute each brand’s social strategy, collaborate with local influencers, and plan monthly calendars that align with promotions, seasons, and special events. My role blends creativity, strategy, and storytelling to keep each brand fresh, engaging, and rooted in the 30A lifestyle.
